Maine Mass Shooter
Evil Teen Killers
Dwight Howard - WTF
1. Ben Darby Update
Officer Ben Darby reached a plea agreement with prosecutors.
The former Huntsville, AL police officer shot and killed an armed suicidal man named Jeffrey Parker in 2018.
Officer Darby was cleared by his police department but subsequently charged with murder by an anti-police District Attorney. Officer Darby was convicted and sentenced to twenty-five years in prison. After serving twenty months - the Alabama Court of Appeals overturned the conviction - citing multiple legal errors made by trial judge - and Officer Darby was set to stand for a new trial.
However, Officer Darby and his legal team came to an agreement with prosecutors. On October 13, 2023 Ben Darby pleaded guilty to manslaughter. He will serve three years of probation and no more jail time.
This was the right decision.
It is good to be principled.
It is better to be free.

2. Maine Mass Shooter
There was a mass shooting in Lewistown, Maine on October 25, 2023.
It has been reported that at least 22 people are dead and between 50 and 60 people have been injured.
Twenty-four hours after the tragedy - the offender is still outstanding. The streets in Maine are empty on Thursday night as police scour the state to arrest the maniac.
Some initial information about the offender that the mainstream media has reported.
He is a white, 40 year-old man.
The weapon utilized was an “assault weapon”.1
He is an Army reservist.
He was a “firearms instructor”.
He had been committed to a mental health institute for two weeks this past summer.
He recently reported hearing voices and threatened to shoot up the National Guard Base in Saco, ME.
California Governor Gavin Newsom could not wait for the bodies to be identified before he starting posting on Twitter about the tragedy - an eerily gleeful anti-2A message
Any politician that advocates for banning/confiscating guns - must volunteer to be on the team that collects 300 million firearms from law abiding Americans.
New Rule - no political points for snarky tweets will be awarded until after the offender is in custody.
3. Evil Teen Killers
The teenagers (Jesus Ayala (18) and Jzamir Keys (16)) who killed retired police officer (Andreas Probst) in Las Vegas, NV two months ago were back in court. These are the young criminals that had recorded themselves intentionally plowing into Mr. Probst as he was on an early morning bike ride.
During the hearing in Clark County court, they began to laugh in court and gave the finger to the Probst family.
Both have been charged with murder and are being tried as adults.
A couple of life sentences should wipe the smugness from their faces.
Imagine being this evil at such a young age. This behavior is learned. And we must kill whatever culture allowed it to exist.
